My name is Deborah
I’m excited to give you a glimpse into who I am, what I value, what inspires me, and the principles and experience that guide my work and life.
Who am I?
I’m a University Lecturer specialising in Healthcare Leadership, Service Improvement and Change Management. My work spans coaching, academic publications and the assessment of both scholarly work and clinical practitioners. I bring experience in communication and project management and I’m also deeply grounded in my roles as a mother and a wife.


My Story
I’m a passionate, creative, and results-driven professional with a strong commitment to turning ideas into meaningful action. I’m energised by collaboration, connection and bringing people together around a shared purpose.
Through creative communication, training, facilitation and thoughtful programme design, I aim to help others recognise and develop their own leadership potential. In the individuals and teams I work with, I strive to ignite innovation, support cultural transformation and foster meaningful growth, whether at a personal, team, or organisational level.

At the heart of my approach is a commitment to evidence-informed leadership development and collaborative practice. I strive to stay at the forefront of emerging trends in leadership, project management and healthcare service design, ensuring clinicians benefit from current thinking and practical, real-world solutions.
Whether I’m coaching aspiring healthcare leaders or working alongside practitioners to navigate complex change, my focus is on helping individuals lead with confidence and purpose. By fostering effective collaboration and strengthening leadership capability, I support experienced practitioners to support their teams to develop and create meaningful, lasting impact, bringing benefits to teams and healthcare delivery.


Research Interests & Publications
I’m passionate about leadership excellence in healthcare and higher education. My professional focus is on developing effective leadership, enhancing clinical supervision, and driving service improvement to raise the standard of healthcare practice and educational outcomes.
